PowerPoint to PDF

Create a PDF outline from PowerPoint slide text.

No presentation selected

Add a .pptx file to create a simple PDF with one page for each slide.

Most regular PDF tools run in this browser tab on your device. They are not uploaded to a server as part of the standard workflow.

About PowerPoint to PDF

This lightweight converter turns the text in each .pptx slide into a corresponding PDF page. Text is placed approximately using the slide layout, so the result is useful as a readable outline or quick reference.

It is not a full PowerPoint renderer: photographs, diagrams, charts, animations, themes, text styling and exact placement are not reproduced. For a presentation-ready copy, export the PDF from PowerPoint or another full presentation editor.

Conversion runs locally in your browser. Review the PDF before relying on it, especially when a slide contains important visual information.

PowerPoint to PDF questions

What does this converter keep?

It creates one PDF page per slide and places readable text approximately where it appeared. Images, charts, animations, transitions, themes, speaker notes and exact formatting are not included.

Which PowerPoint files work?

This browser-only converter reads modern .pptx files, up to 200 slides. The older .ppt format is not supported; open it in PowerPoint and save a copy as .pptx first.

Are my slides uploaded?

No. The presentation is unpacked and converted in this browser tab. It is not sent to a server.

Will special characters look the same?

This text-first PDF uses a standard PDF font. Unsupported characters are replaced, and text formatting is simplified. Check the result before sharing it.
