About HTML to PDF
Upload an HTML file from your device to preview it in a restricted frame, then use your browser's print dialog to save that preview as a PDF. The file is read locally and is not uploaded.
For safety, the preview does not run scripts or make network requests. Embedded data images and inline styles can be shown, but externally linked fonts, stylesheets and images are blocked. Your browser controls the final print layout and page breaks.
HTML to PDF questions

Opens like an app and can show pages you have already visited when offline. Browser-based tools may work offline after their files are cached; AI and online services still need internet.
