Field creation is processed in your browser. This tool currently supports text fields and checkboxes, with a limit of 100 fields per document.

What fields can I add?
This first version adds interactive text boxes and checkboxes that can be filled in common PDF readers.
Does the original file leave my device?
No. Form fields are created in your browser and the new PDF is downloaded directly.
How do I place a field?
Choose text or checkbox, then tap or click on the page preview. You can move the field later by dragging it.
